Society
The Consulting Arborist Society establishes national standards of excellence, evolving from a specialized insurance group to a multidisciplinary authority.
The Consulting Arborist Society was formed in 2003 from the Arboricultural Mortgage Insurance Users Group (AMIUG). Since then, it has expanded to recognize eight Areas of Professional Competency.
We recognize that while some consultants provide a comprehensive service covering all disciplines, many choose to specialize within a smaller field. This commitment to specific expertise ensures that CAS members provide the highest level of technical accuracy.
